Ice Skating with the Devil [for the_rebel_son]

Tony had decided to invite Lucifer to ice skate with him back in New York. Central Park had a decent sized rink so it was perfect. After being transported from the party Tony was now back in his own world and eyeing up the very fetching woman standing next to him. Her height dwarfing his own but that didn't matter since he was head over heels in love with her. The Devil. Right now they were standing on the edge of Stark Tower right where Tony got suited up with the help of FRIDAY and the mechanism that placed the suit over his clothed body.

There was a nip in the air and Tony could feel the wind chill slice through his warm flesh. Only on his face though since he was still dressed in his party gear; that being his Iron-Man suit. His visor down so he could talk to people the way he liked.

"Ok, Hot-Wings. Fancy a tour of my fancy tower first or should we go straight down to the rink below?"

Would they fly? Tony rather fancied carrying Lucifer in his arms while they flew down below to the park. That or she would use her magnificent wings and fly herself down to the rink. Tony wasn't bothered either way.

Lucifer had change, truly shifted her illusions, from the dress which would be rather impractical for skating to a sleek burgandy velvet pantsuit. Lucifer can feel the wind ruffling up her feathers. She's not overly fond of the cold despite it being harmless to her even at temperatures detrimental to humans. She simply didn't like the feeling and the natural reaction was for her to radiate warmth.

"I am your guest. Is it not your duty to decide the evening's entertainment?" She was playing with him and would be happy to do either, both, or simply spend time with the engineer.

The shift in clothing prompted a renewed smile to appear over Tony's face because he would never tire of seeing Lucifer shift genders and clothing on a whim. It was just a special something the devil could do which caused the engineer to marvel at it each and every time. Damn, she was beautiful.

"Ok, how about we have a drink before we hit the ice? I never like to rush these things and certainly not when I have such beautiful and esteemed company in my apartment."

Of course, Tony was layering on all the charm as he often did when entertaining a beautiful young lady. But this lady was ordinary woman and the human knew this. Would they have fun? Oh yes.

"What's your poison?"

She nodded to his assessment as she was in no rush either. The charms only had her smile devilishly.

"Kissing wine from your lips?" She winked at the engineer, flames ebbing through her feathers as she warmed the area around herself. "Otherwise, host's choice."

Lucifer could be demanding but when settled in with someone, the affection and closeness caused her arrogance to simmer down to a playful sort of flirtation.

"You know that sounds about perfect right now. Just drinking wine from each other's lips. So romantic. Also classy."

Tony was loving how Lucifer's mind was delving into scenarios such as the one she was suggesting to the human. Of course she was on par for being the devil she was and he loved this. Also, the flames ebbing through her wings warming the area around them? Tony liked this a lot.

"Who needs a heater when I've got you? You'd save me thousands on my energy bills, Hot-Wings."

Of course Tony had to make a teasing joke about it but he was being playful in a romantic and uniquely Tony way. The drinks...right. He pulled out a vintage glass of expensive red wine and uncorked it, pouring both of them a good sized glass full as he walked back to her, passing the filled glass, tapping his against hers with a chink noise.

"To us?"

"I am the devil. I am the original classy romantic." Of course she was teasing the engineer. She nestled in closer to him so that Tony remained warm.

"I am more energy efficient than your tower, Mr. Stark." She winked at him while taking her glass of wine. Tony got a smile at the clink and a kiss on the cheek before she nodded.

"To a wonderful evening and into the morning." She sipped the wine and did hope they would spend the entire evening together.

"The original romantic? I'll take your word for it, pal."

Tony wondered how energy efficient Lucifer actually was but decided not to ask since that might be intrusive and ruin their moment they were sharing. He'd done this hundreds of times with beautiful women but no one like who he was with now. The engineer dating the actual devil of all people. A smile tugged at his lips as he moved to press a swift kiss to the corner of her lips.

"You fancy some ice skating later, Hot-Wings?"

Because the view offered to them both from the top of the tower was Central Park down below with it's ice rink.

"Seeing is believing." Lucifer grinned mischievously. She would have to convince Tony of that assertion.

She turned and took a brief, near butterfly kiss, from his lips as she looked down on the rink. "Will I have to hold you up the entire time?" She teased but either way she would skate with her lover.

"Hold me up? Actually, I'm not that bad. Seriously. Just sort of out of practice a bit. The last time I skated on that rink? Romanoff laughed her head off because I slid on my ass this one time."

Tony didn't want his ego bruised nor his ass so would try and stay upright the whole time. Holding onto Lucifer seemed a good idea and a hot one at that.

"Maybe I want you to wrap those elegant arms around me as we skate."

"Oh, do you not want me to hold you?" Lucifer was all teasing at this point because it was funny to watch Tony's response.

"I have more than arms to wrap around you." She pecked his cheek with a kiss. "Shall we skate?"

"You know I love when a hot woman wants to put her arms around me."

Tony winking to Lucifer, knowing he was being a full-on flirt. They both were. Ok, so the skating part had the engineer a little worried because he was out of touch and the ice was very slippy. Falling over in front of your girl was the worst thing for Tony.

"Hold me tight, Hot Wings."

"I'm the hottest woman around."

Lucifer slid her arm around Tony's waist as they stepped out on the ice. She wouldn't let the engineer fall.

"I'll hold you tight all day." Lucifer winked at Tony while she was standing on the ice waiting for him to step out.
